  This store is usually very clean as far as department stores go and it is always stocked. I have never been a situation when I have walked out empty handed. What gives this store 5 stars is the staff. I had been Christmas shopping after a long shift at work and realized, after being around the store for about 45 minutes, that I had misplaced my keys. Panic set in! Losing your keys at a department store near Christmas? What a nightmare! Charlotte stopped what she was doing and helped me find them. Without her help, I wouldn't have been able to drive home that night. Another time, my husband and I were in and were helped tremendously by Alma. We found a pair of shoes for our daughter but it didn't have a price tag. Alma immediately jumped on the situation and got us the price right away. She even went so far as to show us other similar shoes in different price ranges. The customer service here has always been awesome and that's really something special nowadays.
