  Awful service department
  They so rude on the phone not very pleasant and you feel like you have to cater to them , they make you feel like they don’t need you , and that you need them . It’s like the soup Nazie on Seinfeld’s all over again, NO SOUPS FOR YOU.
  i just went the the Ducati in the city they much nicer and professional there.

  Found a sweet Harley at MCC. Spoke with Mike over the phone and he was clear and honest about what it was and how it was traded in. When i went to look at it, hour and fifteen minute run from my house, I spoke with service Manager, Rocky I believe, and he spoke of the service done and what was going to be done. I've bought many bikes in my life and this is the first one I've bought with out riding. Hell I didn't even here it run as they were waiting on a rebuild kit for the carb. Heather was awesome and handled paperwork and I was done in less than an hour. Fast forward two weeks and they delivered it to my work and now it's in my living room. Thanks Mike and the MCC team!
