  I've placed five calls over two months to the service department and parts department for various issues with my Model X during business hours. The phone was answered ONE time. The other four times, voicemails were left. Only ONE voicemail has been returned.
  
  My best advice is to drive the long distance to the center to get any answers you need. Not ideal, but what choice do we have given that nobody else can service a Tesla?
